The Nepean Blue Devils will be hosting a L2T (Learn to Train) clinic on April 13-14th 2024 at Merivale HS (1755 Merivale Rd, Ottawa, ON). Through a mix of classroom/online and hands-on learning in the gym, this workshop focuses on: Developing a strong understanding of Long-term Athlete Development (LTAD) and how it relates to your athletes.
